He also plays an essential role in training, especially with sales development, to support team success.
In his role, Wayne liaises closely with the board on strategic planning and key KPIs, helping to steer the company in alignment with its goals. Although he doesn’t directly manage a team, his oversight and guidance are central to MR Homes' progress and ongoing development.
