She also handled complaint calls, working diligently to resolve issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
In her current role here at Mr Homes, Linda oversees compliance for sales and lettings, ensuring that processes meet industry standards. She works closely with tenants, landlords, and contractors, securing full approval for maintenance jobs and overseeing projects from start to finish. She also leads on lettings follow-ups, booking viewings based on affordability checks, and conducting sales availability tests. A true team player, Linda thrives in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best results.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys socialising and spending time with her family. She proudly supports her daughter, who plays left back for Fairwater.
